• How long does shipping take?
Our processing and shipping time is 7–10 working days (excluding weekends). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email with all updates.

• How long does international shipping take?
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination. On average, delivery takes 10–15 working days after dispatch. Please note that customs clearance may cause additional delays.

• My tracking says “not received by carrier”, what does this mean?
This means your shipping label has been created, but the package has not yet been scanned by the carrier. Updates will follow once it is in transit.

• Why doesn’t the hair look like the pictures when I receive it?
The hair is delivered in its natural, unstyled state. For the same look as shown, the hair needs to be washed and styled. Just like natural hair, it requires proper care and technique.

• Can I return my order?
Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition due to hygiene reasons. Used or opened hair cannot be returned.

• Can I dye the hair?
Yes, our hair is 100% human hair and can be dyed. We recommend professional coloring to maintain the quality and texture.

• Do you offer pick-up?
At the moment, it is not possible to pick up your order. All orders are shipped.

• Do you sell full lace wigs?
No, we currently specialize in half wigs, bundles, and ponytails.
